The hotel offers a premium Ottoman-themed spa open from 09:00 to 21:00 providing pampering treatments, massages and Turkish hammam, where you can also enjoy a range of massage therapies. The sauna, steam room and self-service hammam are all included. Hammam treatments include traditional and royal Turkish and Moroccan treatments while signature treatments feature Avitane massage. Younger guests and families are well catered for at Rixos Bab al Bahr, with special family rooms, a selection of kids' clubs for all ages, eight swimming pools offering water slides, and a variety of fun and educational activities. There’s a fully equipped Sports Centre open from 09:00 to 17:00 with a lively programme of sessions available including yoga, Pilates, Tabata, TRX, SUP, spinning, Aquafit, Kangoo Jumps and aqua spinning.

Adults can relax in the infinity pool, at weekend beach parties or with live music, dancing, shows and even acrobatics at the Entertainment Square. There’s a choice of eight restaurants and six bars to enjoy.

The all-day dining restaurant Seven Heights offers a vast range of high quality, international dishes at its popular evening buffet. Seafood a la carte restaurant Fishbone has hot and cold mezze to start, followed by a choice of grilled fish, including salmon and sea bream. Elsewhere you can eat your way around the globe at a choice of five a la carte restaurants. Try Asian at Aja, Italian at L’Olivio, Turkish and Middle Eastern at Lalezar, Meat Point for grill and steak house fare, and Toast ' N’ Burger which handily stays open around the clock, plus there’s the Aisha Lounge which serves light bites. The a la carte restaurants operate on a rotational basis, but not all restaurants are available on the same day, and some require a reservation, sometimes the day before.

The six bars include a range of relaxing options. Highlights include the Mojito Bar serving cocktails, the Isla Beach Bar serving chilled drinks and even more chilled vibes, the pool bar named Su, the adult-only pool bar Infinity and the Sports Hub where you can play a game of billiards or just watch sport on the large screens.
