Six Senses Ibiza sits on a rocky shoreline on Xarracara Bay. This remote part of the island is a world away from the party-going south and made up of rocky cliffs and protected forests. If you do venture out, the sleepy village of Portinatx is around a mile away. It’s home to beautiful beaches, clear waters and a small selection of restaurants. Five miles inland, you’ll find Sant Joan de Labritja, known for its artisan market selling trinkets, fashion, crafts and homegrown produce. Ibiza Town is 18 miles away on the south coast and worth a visit for its cultural attractions, trendy marina and nightlife. Ibiza Airport is 22 miles from the hotel.
The hotel is built into a rocky headland, with most buildings facing the sea and sunset. Roofs are planted up with greenery, helping the buildings merge into the surroundings.
