Perched high up between the Piton mountains, Rabot Restaurant specialises in cacao cuisine. Chefs take inspiration from the fresh cacao growing all around the estate, together with local seafood, salad leaves, vegetables and fruit. Don’t be fooled into thinking cacao cuisine could be too rich – the menu often makes use of cacao as subtle spice or infusion. Each evening meal is rounded off with the day’s new chocolate creation.
Rabot Restaurant’s design includes a soaring roof inspired by the shape of the cacao tree, with its branches reaching to the sky, shaded by the lush rainforest canopy. Its high platform is the perfect place to view the surrounding scenery.

The half board option includes a three-course selection from the a la carte dinner menu. Full board includes a two-course lunch in addition to the half board package.
