When you’re not in the parks, let loose in the zero-entry pool. The area is the focal point of the hotel with a hot tub, cabanas for hire, food and drinks service, and organised poolside activities including movies (weather permitting). You’ll also find a gym with strength and cardio equipment and a games room with arcade machines (fees apply). In the lobby, there’s a Universal shop, selling official merch, apparel, souvenirs and travel essentials.
