If you’re keen to get straight to exploring the parks, Mainstreet Market serves Starbucks coffees, as well as a wide range of grab-and-go items for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks and sweet treats. Rum Largo Poolside Bar & Café is an open-air outlet where you’ll find seasonal cocktails, salads and sandwiches, as well as children’s items bedside the pool (open weather permitting). For dinner, choose between Benihana Steakhouse and Sushi and Italian-inspired dishes at Andiamo. Otherwise, visit the laidback lounge at John T’s, which serves a selection of light meals and organic microbrew beers.
