Dine in one of the tempting restaurants or lounges, the signature restaurants have all received the prestigious AAA Four Diamond award, making them worthy of the price tag. Hakkasan by Alan Yau offers Cantonese fare and Dim Sum on the fourth-floor rooftop. At Scarpetta, chef Scott Conant serves up regional Italian cuisine, while Stripsteak by Michael Mina provides a classic steakhouse with the highest quality cuts. Upbeat music and games create a lively atmosphere at Arkadia Grill, where casual burgers, pizzas and salads don the menu.

Start your day with breakfast at Vida, indulge on waffles, eggs and Applewood bacon in a casual atmosphere. For an afternoon sweet treat head to Chez Bon Bon or choose from 17 ice cream flavours at Fresh. By the poolside you’ll find Glow Bar serving cocktails and La Cote Bar & Lounge plating up simple dishes – or head to Blade Sushi Bar for daily-caught sushi and purist sake. Often spilling out into the lobby, the popular Bleau Bar has a cool celebrity vibe and a dance floor – a premier spot to meet and mingle.
