Serving fresh ingredients from the hotel grounds and local markets, Es Mercat offers healthy Mediterranean cuisine for breakfast and dinner. You'll find organic spreads with something for everyone, including gluten free, veggie or vegan options – all crafted with homegrown ingredients. Sit down at Andreu Genestra, the Michelin starred chef’s self-named restaurant, situated at Zoetry Mallorca. Housed in a 14th Century manor, you're greeted on the patio with perfectly dinky appetisers before heading through to the dining room. The restaurant grows it's own veg across a 2,500-square-metre garden and tends to its own private vineyards, choosing to source everything else from local Mallorcan producers.

When you’re spending the day lounging by the pool, grab cocktails and appetisers from Es Clot bar, and tuck into lunch and light dishes with a glass of wine. As the sun sets, live performances light up the night. Evenings should be spent over at Ses Bovedes Gastro Bar in the main square. Expect more live music and expertly mixed cocktails. Indulge in tapas, local wines and craft beers from Ses Bovedes Gastro Bar's terrace. Please note a casual dress code applies for breakfast and lunch, and casual elegant attire is required at dinner.
