Santa Eulalia is also packed with art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, a 300-metre golden beach and Puig de Missa – a whitewashed, fortified church dating back to the 16th Century, offering panoramic views. The main pool is u-shaped, surrounded by white and turquoise sun loungers and flanked by the resort building on one side and trees and the sea on the other. It’s joined by a sun terrace, extending to the waterfront, as well as a bar close by. There’s also an impressive rooftop infinity pool reserved exclusively for Star Prestige guests, where cabanas and sun loungers line the pool deck, offering panoramic views.
