Covering gastronomical delights from all over world, the hotel offers 11 unique restaurants, including Sandals’ first Indian eatery, Bombay Club. There’s Soy sushi bar, a steakhouse and authentic Italian pizzeria. Spices serves buffet breakfast and lunch, whilst specialising in pan- Caribbean cuisine in the evenings. Try Schooner’s for the freshest seafood and enjoy open-air, a la carte dining right beside the beach. Portofino’s is the place to go for authentic Mediterranean cuisine, boasting a romantic seaside setting which is perfect for alfresco dining. For something a bit more casual, head to Mariner Seaside Bar & Grill for delicious treats like grilled fish burgers, light salads and sandwiches. There’s also the Merry Monkey, a British-inspired gastro pub which serves traditional, tasty English fare. It’s best to make reservations at restaurants, especially during peak periods.

You won’t have to wander far for chilled refreshments as there are seven bars dotted around the property. There’s a swim-up bar, beachside bar, speakeasy, piano bar and the impressive over-the-water bar. All serve unlimited premium liquors.

The dress code is mainly resort casual, which can include shorts or jeans, T-shirts or polo shirts. Swimwear must be covered, and shirts and footwear are required.

For dinner, some restaurants require resort evening attire which includes dress trousers or jeans for men and, long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar). Shoes or sandals should also be worn. Shorts, T-shirts, sleeveless shirts, hats, trainers, flip flops and slippers are not deemed as appropriate resort evening attire.
