What should I do if I can’t print the non-flight voucher provided for my hotel, car, transfer or experience using the link in the confirmation email?

If the link in your confirmation email isn't working, try logging in to Manage My Booking to access your non-flight vouchers. You can select the booking you’re looking for from the list of hotel bookings, car rentals, transfers and experiences.

It's not essential you print non-flight vouchers for hotels or cars, but we recommend you print non-flight vouchers for transfers and experiences as these often contain important information you’ll need during your journey.
