2. Pick your savings - You'll see Avios part payment options on the 'Add extras' page. The 33% Avios value increase will automatically be applied to the payment options, meaning you spend fewer Avios. 

3. Book and save more - Complete your booking as usual and enjoy the savings.

Remember, even when using Avios to make a saving, you will still collect bonus Avios and earn tier points on your vacation, plus Avios on the flight and any bonus tier points if applicable.

  1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the British Airways Vacations Pay with Avios promotion (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.
  2. This Promotion is jointly provided by (1) British Airways Holidays Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 00554278) whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB (“British Airways Vacations”); and (2) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB
  3. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must be
    - aged 18 or over;
    - a resident of the United States; and
    - be a member of the British Airways Club (“BAC”); and accept the BAC - - Terms and Conditions.     - Have an Avios balance of over 1,000 or greater
  4. To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Participants must confirm and accept these Terms as well as the Avios Group (AGL) Limited’s (“AGL”) Terms and Conditions and British Airways Vacations Booking Terms and Conditions. British Airways Vacations is also known as British Airways Holidays in countries outside of the United States.
  5. In order to verify the eligibility for the Promotion, we reserve the right to require the Eligible Participants to provide us with proof of age and identity.
  6. To participate in the Promotion, Eligible Participants must register via the Promotion landing page during the Promotion Period before making a qualifying package booking. A confirmation message will be displayed upon successful registration.
  7. Eligible Participants will receive a 25% reduction in the Avios required when paying with Avios for qualifying package booking(s) made directly at https://www.britishairways.com or by calling 1-800-247-9297 between May 13, 2026 at 00:01 EDT and May 18, 2026 at 23:59 EDT, for travel between May 14 and  March 27, 2027 (“Promotion Period”). This is equivalent to approximately 33% more value per Avios when Avios are used towards an qualifying package booking during the Promotion Period. The applicable Avios amount and corresponding monetary saving will vary depending on the available Avios payment option selected and will be shown on the “Add Extra” page before the booking is completed. To be eligible for the Promotion during the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants must meet the following conditions:
    - Members can use their Avios to pay towards the total price of a qualifying package booking.   
    - Bookings made with Avios will be subject to the standard fare rules associated with the qualifying package booking purchased. 
    - The Avios payable will depend on the cabin class, route selected, the hotel and/or car selected, and the number of people on the booking, this will be clearly displayed on the 'Add extras’ page or shall be communicated to you. 
    - Bookings that include travel to any of the following countries are excluded from this Promotion: United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
  8. Avios will not be awarded on any taxes, fees or charges payable directly at the accommodation. 
  9. A qualifying package booking is defined as vacation package consisting of a flight combined with a hotel and/or car hire made in one transaction, where only one total price is shown and prices for element such as “flight” and/or “hotel” “car” aren’t shown. 
  10. Where the qualifying package booking has a flight element, the flight must depart from the United States. 
  11. Retrospective or backdated claims for Avios related to bookings are not permitted. For the avoidance of doubt retrospective claims for Avios to be applied to bookings made on https://www.britishairways.com directly prior to the introduction of this Promotion are not permitted. 
  12. Relevant Airline’ Conditions of Carriage apply.
  13. This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other British Airways Vacations related offer.
  14. To qualify for the Promotion, eligible participants must add their BAC membership number at the time of booking. If membership number cannot be added during the booking process, Eligible Participants may contact British Airways Vacations customer support on 1-800-247-9297 to have their membership number added to the qualifying package booking.
  15. For each qualifying package booking, the first flight booked must depart from the United Kingdom.
  16. Eligible Participants may earn Avios in connection with a qualifying package booking:
    - Flight Avios: Any Avios earned on the flight element may take up to six (6) weeks after completion of the trip to be credited.
    - British Airways Vacation Package Avios: Any Avios earned on the vacation package price, including any Avios described in booking journey as “Bonus Avios” may take up to fourteen (14) days after completion of the trip to be credited.
  17. Avios will not be awarded for cancelled vacation packages, unused flights or partially flown return journeys.
  18. If the Avis/Budget car rental is booked as part of the vacation package, the Avios corresponding to the rental will be awarded according with Avis Budget Group’s General and Location Specific Conditions of Rental.

  19. British Airways Vacations accepts no responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
  20. British Airways Vacations and AGL reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
  21. British Airways Vacations reserves the right to cancel this promotion at its discretion at any time, or to modify its terms without prior notice in the event of force majeure, war, strike, civil or military unrest, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated, or alleged breach of applicable laws or regulations, as well as any other similar event beyond British Airways Vacations’ reasonable control.
  22. Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to acceptance and compliance with Avios’s Terms and Conditions as stated on https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions  
  23. Eligible Participants personal data will be processed where necessary by British Airways Vacations, the British Airways Club and AGL or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in the British Airways Vacations’ Privacy Policy, AGL’s Privacy Policy and the BAC’s Privacy Policy. 
  24. British Airways Vacations reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion or amend these Terms without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.
  25. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. British Airways Vacations’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms. 
  26. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither  British Airways, BAC and/or AGL (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  27. Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail over the promotional materials.

  29. This Promotion shall be governed by governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.
  30. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Promotion shall be subject to correction without any liability on British Airways Vacations, the BAC and Avios Group (AGL) Limited.
  31. British Airways Vacations, the BAC and Avios Group (AGL) Limited's collective decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
