We believe in putting your needs first. That’s why we offer You First, a helpdesk service with a dedicated phone number for customers who have booked a First class flight.
When you travel First, you will have a highly trained and experienced team waiting to take your call to help with any travel query you may have, from the moment you’ve booked to the minute you return home. No request is too big…or too small.

- Assistance with travel queries relating to a First booking such as, lounge, booking, baggage and transfer enquiries
- Assistance with booking Concorde room facilities such as the cabanas or the boardroom and access to the Quintessentially concierge services

Who can use You First
You First is for customers who are resident in the UK and have booked a First class flight which is operated by British Airways.
You may also nominate someone else to manage your booking on your behalf. You will need to contact the You First team and provide that person's details.
