We believe in putting your needs first. That’s why we provide You First, a helpdesk service with a dedicated phone number for First customers. Our highly trained and experienced team are waiting to assist with any travel query, from the moment you book until you return home.

Who can use You First?

You First is for UK residents who have booked a flight in First that is operated by British Airways. You may also nominate someone else to manage your booking on your behalf by informing the You First team.
