To collect the level of Avios stated, members must belong to ‘Starwood Preferred Guest’, Starwood’s own loyalty programme.
Preferred members will earn 2 Avios per U.S. $1 spent and Gold and Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest members earn 3 Avios per U.S. $1 spent on all eligible charges to your room bill.
Steps to earning Avios:
If the Avios do not show on your account within six weeks, please submit a claim via our claim missing Avios.

Make a booking on-line at www.spg.com or contact a Starwood central reservation office and start collecting Avios.
Starwood Preferred Guests can transfer Starpoints® into Avios at the rate of 1 Starpoint for every 1 Avios .
Enjoy a 5,000 Avios bonus when you transfer 20,000 Starpoints to Avios (must be transferred as part of the same transaction to receive the bonus Avios).
No minimum point transfer applies for SPG Platinum members. SPG Gold members have a minimum point transfer of 1,500 Starpoints and SPG Preferred members have a minimum point transfer of 2,500 Starpoints.
