  • Ensure you provide your Executive Club membership number when you make your hotel reservation.  
  • Ensure you show or quote your Executive Club membership card at check-in.
  • The Executive Club number quoted and customer name must match that held in your membership profile.
  • Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account. If your Avios do not appear within six weeks please submit a claim via our Claim Missing Partner Avios form. Please note that you have to be logged in as an Executive Club member to view this form.
