Steps to earning Avios

  1. To book, visit www.hyatt.com, call 0845 888 1234 (UK only) or your nearest Hyatt Worldwide Reservations Centre.
  2. Quote your Executive Club membership number at the time of booking and again when you check in to your hotel.
  3. Request Avios for your stay.

Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account. If your Avios do not appear within six weeks please submit a claim via our Claim Missing Partner Avios form. Please note that you have to be logged in as an Executive Club member to view this form.

Convert Hyatt Gold Passport points to Avios

  • As an Executive Club member you can also top up your Avios account by converting Hyatt Gold Passport™ points into Avios. Obtain 1 Avios for every 2.5 Hyatt Gold Passport points exchanged. The minimum you can convert is 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points, which will give you 2,000 Avios.
  • You may convert additional increments of 1,250 Hyatt Gold Passport points for 500 Avios.
  • Plus when you convert 50,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points you will earn 5,000 bonus Avios.

  • To convert your Hyatt Gold Passport points into Avios please log into www.goldpassport.com and select “Award” then “Convert Hyatt Gold Passport Points", “Convert Points to Avios”.
