When you refer the British Airways American Express Credit Card to a friend, you will receive 2,000 Avios once the Card is approved. Your friend will receive 2,000 Avios when they spend and charge a minimum of £500 on goods and services to the account within three months of account opening. If your friend has already applied for the British Airways American Express Credit Card without using this referral, you and your friend will not be eligible for the bonus Avios. Avios may take up to four weeks to be awarded.

Your friend will receive 31,000 Avios when they spend and charge a minimum of £3,000 on goods and services to the account within three months of account opening. If your friend has already applied for the British Airways American Express Premium Plus Card without using this referral, you and your friend will not be eligible for the bonus Avios. If your friend already has a British Airways American Express Card, you and your friend will not be eligible for the bonus Avios as this offer is not valid for upgrading Cardmembers. Avios may take up to four weeks to be awarded.
