How to collect Avios with Mandarin Oriental Hotels

There is no separate hotel loyalty programme for you to join.

  1. When you make a booking, please ask the hotel about the eligible rate and their participation in the Executive Club Avios programme.
  2. Quote your Executive Club membership number when you make a booking and again when you check in to your hotel.
  3. The Executive Club number quoted and name must match with what’s held in your membership profile.
  4. Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account.
  5. If the Avios do not show on your account within six weeks, please contact retroclaims@mohg.com.
