British Airways has partnered with SignLive to trial new ways for customers who use British Sign Language (BSL) to contact our team.
If you use British Sign Language (BSL), you can now contact us using a Video Relay Service provided by SignLive.
SignLive is a free service that will connect you to a qualified online BSL interpreter. The interpreter will relay the conversation between you and a member of the British Airways Accessibility Team.
You can also use SignLive for face-to-face conversations with staff while travelling through Heathrow Airport.
To use this service, download the SignLive app on your mobile device or access SignLive online at www.signlive.co.uk.
If your call is about an existing booking, please have your booking information ready.
SignLive is available Monday – Saturday 0900-1700.
If we're unable to take your call, the SignLive Interpreter can leave a voicemail for our team, and we'll call you back using SignLive, as soon as possible.
