With a short transfer time, getting from Cagliari Airport to the city centre couldn’t be easier. You have two public transport options, taxis and buses. Taxis are probably the most flexible means of transport – but also the most expensive. You can pick them up 24 hours a day, at the rank outside the terminal. Alternatively you could hop on the bus, which is a much cheaper option. They run every half an hour and offer connections to the train station, for access to other areas of Sardinia.

Olbia Coast Smeralda Airport is situated 5km from the delights of Olbia. With a short transfer time, getting into the city centre couldn’t be easier. You have two public transport options, taxis and buses. Pick up a taxi at the rank outside the terminal – a journey from the airport to Olbia town will cost around 15 Euros. Or opt for the bus, which is the most cost effective option. Numbers 2 and 10 run every quarter of an hour between the airport and Via Gabriele D’Annunzio – here you can pick up trains for Cagliari and other popular resorts.
