As you’d expect, drinking and dining at the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort have some health-focused options, too. The Strand at Carillon Miami is the resort’s main all-day dining restaurant. The light, airy venue serves Mediterranean cuisine and extends outside, overlooking the ocean. Their menu features dishes such as black ink Tagliarini pasta, scallops with capers and sea salt crusted snapper fish with roasted vegetables. In the evenings, you can also enjoy handcrafted cocktails.
For poolside drinks and snacks, head to the Seaglass Cafe at Cabana Pool, where you can enjoy freshly prepared salads and sandwiches, or frozen drinks and ice creams. There’s also The Corner Store, a chic cafe-style venue that specialises in made-to-order juices and smoothies, accompanied by light snacks and pastries. In-suite dining is available throughout the day and evening.
