This form should only be used only for Group bookings made through the British Airways Groups Department.
If you have made a booking through a Travel Agent or Tour Operator, you must provide your passenger names and API directly to them. Any information that doesn’t relate to a British Airways Group booking won’t be updated.
All names and Advance Passenger Information (API) must be added at the same time and for all passengers in your group at least 14 days before departure.
Once you submit your group API information you’ll receive an email to acknowledge receipt. This email is purely an acknowledgement and won’t contain any of the details you have submitted to ensure that we remain compliant with GDPR legislation. It’s therefore essential that the passenger names and API data you submit are correct so that you do not experience any difficulties with tickets or at the airport on departure.
Please allow 24 hours for your names and API data to be entered into your booking. If you don’t receive an acknowledgement email or need to make any amendments to the information submitted, please contact our Group Sales on 0344 493 0 765.
You can provide up to ten names on this form. If there are more than ten passengers, then you should use this form as many times as necessary.
Details of each passenger's first destination address in the United States is required, except for US citizens and Green Card holders. For passengers in transit through the US enter the details of the onward transit (cruise ship details, onward flight number etc.) within the address fields as appropriate.
