Changes to your flight – letting you know

As with all airlines, there are circumstances when it may be necessary to make a change to your flight after you have booked it. Such changes can range from minor time changes, to changes of route, and in extreme cases cancellation of the flight. Only a small proportion of our flights will have any changes, but if your flight is affected, we would like to ensure that we stand the best chance of letting you know as soon as possible, in a way that's convenient to you.

We may inform you by email, SMS text messages through your mobile, or by phone (or a combination of these) depending upon the nature of the change, and how long before departure we know about it. By providing us with your mobile phone number you will be able to take advantage of SMS and urgent telephone messages should these ever be necessary. Text messages cannot be sent to advise about changes to redemption bookings made with partner airlines. Your mobile/cell phone number will only be used to send you booking confirmation or servicing information related to your purchase. It will not be used for marketing purposes.
