If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it, you can create a new one using your email address, membership number or username.

Use your membership number to continue if your email address is linked to more than one account (for example, within a household account). We’ll then send you some email instructions.

If you can't remember your membership number or username, and don't have access to the email address you originally joined with, please fill out this webform.  Or contact us via WhatsApp.

Click on the link below, enter your username, submit and we will send you an email telling you how to reset your password.

How you get your six-digit verification code depends on the method you chose when you set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). Your code will either be sent to your registered mobile number by text message (SMS), or appear in your authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. Please note. changing the contact details on your British Airways Club account does not automatically change the details you use for MFA.

Haven’t received your six-digit code? Try these steps:

1. If you’re expecting a text message
Check that the last four digits of the mobile number shown on screen are correct and that your phone has a mobile network signal. Being connected to WiFi alone may not be enough to receive an SMS.

2. Check your authenticator app
If you set up MFA using an authenticator app, open the app to find your current six-digit code. You won’t receive a text message or necessarily get a notification when a new code is available.

3. Try another way to verify
Select ‘Try another method’ when signing in. If available, you may be able to use email or the recovery code you received when you first set up MFA.

Still can’t access your account? You can contact us via WhatsApp and request an MFA reset. If your MFA needs to be reset, we’ll first need to confirm your identity to keep your account secure. Please have a valid form of photo ID available, such as a passport or driving licence.
