What happens if I don't show up for a flight?
If you don't show up for any flight in your itinerary, any subsequent flights, including connections and return flights, will be cancelled automatically.
However, for tickets purchased in Italy, if you have not used any part of your outbound flight for any reason, you are entitled to use the return flight as originally booked, without paying any fee or difference in fare price. To arrange this, wait until the first flight in your itinerary has departed and then contact us:
- no later than 24 hours after the scheduled departure of the first flight in your booking, or
- if your return flight is within 24 hours of the first flight in your booking, at least two hours before the scheduled departure of your return flight
How do I contact you to stop my return flights from being cancelled?
Call us on 02 69633602 quoting your booking reference and the names of the affected passengers. Please don't contact us before your first flight has departed as we won't be able to assist you.
If you fail to contact us within the specified timescales, you will be charged a fee to use your original booking. We will reissue your e-ticket and charge the difference between the cost of the flights in your original booking and the highest fare in the same travel class on your new itinerary, subject to availability.
