This tool allows you to add your flight into popular calendar software.
To use it click on the 'Add to calendar' button below and save the calendar file. Then follow the instructions for your calendar programme.
If you make changes to your booking after adding to your calendar you will need to delete the old entries from your calendar. You can then use the Add to calendar option in 'Manage My Booking' to create an updated file.
Leave the 'keep booking details confidential' box ticked if other people will have access to your calendar.
To add your flight into Outlook click on 'File', then 'import & export' then 'import an iCalendar or vCalendar file' and browse to the file you just saved. On later versions of Outlook you can drag the calendar file onto your open calendar, or double click on the file.
To add your flight into Windows Calendar either drag the calendar file onto your open calendar, or double click on the file. You will be asked to choose the calendar (assuming you have more than one profile), then press submit to add the information.
In your Google Calendar click on the 'Add' button which is on the left hand side, just below the months calendar. Click on the 'Import Calendar' button. In the 'Step 1: Select File' box browse to where you saved the calendar file. Choose the calendar you wish to add the flight information to in the 'Step 2' drop-down box Click on 'Import'
Sunbird is the calendar tool from Mozilla. The Thunderbird email tool does not currently come with the calendar functionality. To add your flight into Sunbird drag the calendar file onto your open calendar.
To add your flight into the iCal application on your Apple Mac either drag the calendar file onto your open calendar, or double click on the file. If you have more than one calendar enabled on your Mac, you will be asked which calendar you wish to add it to.
In Lotus Notes 7 the flights can be added to your calendar by clicking on 'File', then 'import' then selecting 'Calendar file' from the 'Files of type' menu. You will be asked to enter a calendar name by Notes. This is a name that will be used by Notes to refer to the entry, but is not actually shown. You should therefore enter something that is relevant to the entry e.g. 'Trip to Paris.'
