To pick up your Universal Orlando Explorer tickets, follow the signage to the Will Call kiosks located at the Universal Orlando™ theme park entrances. At the kiosk, you must swipe a credit or debit card matching the last name of the Lead Passenger on your itinerary (this is for identity verification only; the card will not be charged). For additional security, you'll be required to enter your confirmation number on your voucher. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal”).
