Inclusions

Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket entitles one (1) guest unlimited admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Universal’s Volcano Bay and Universal's Epic Universe on all days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period. This ticket is valid for visits on or after January 1, 2026. Tickets are priced by the date of the visit and need to be used during a specific time period. The ticket commences on and includes the date selected. Admission is not permitted prior to the start date of the ticket or after the end date of the ticket. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited.

At Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands Of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay theme park entrances, look to your right for the Will Call Kiosks signage. At the kiosk machine, you must swipe a credit or debit card matching the Lead Guest's last name listed on this confirmation page for identity verification only. You will also be required to enter the Universal Orlando Confirmation Number, and the phone number supplied at the time of your purchase. After you've booked, British Airways Holidays will send you a separate email and this will contain your Universal confirmation number required to gain entry to Universal Studios Orlando. Please allow up to 7 days after booking to receive this. It is important you activate your ticket at one of these three theme parks as this facility is not available at Universal Epic Universal Volcano Bay will begin a seasonal closure on 26 October 2026, with a current planned reopening on or before 24 March 2027.
