To join your tour please go to: Duke of York column at Waterloo Place, 9, Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5AJ. This is the tall column with the statue on top. PLEASE NOTE! THE MEETING POINT IS NOT AT BUCKINGHAM PALACE. Duration of the tour: 2.5 hours Guide languages: English Tour start time: at 10 am on Sunday and at 10.30 am from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. Return time: 12.30/ 1.15 pm approximately. Remember to bring the voucher and valid photo ID with you. Changing of the Guard will not operate in rain and will be replaced with an extended walking tour. On occasional Sundays the Changing of the Guards may be rescheduled to early morning, meaning that we will not be able to see it. We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
