IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note the Hotelbeds voucher is only proof of purchase of this activity and it's not valid for any access to the venues. Please ensure you follow all the instructions to link your pass to the GO CITY APP. Please ensure that you check your email, including your spam folder and contact us if you have not received the email 10 days prior to the date your pass is booked to commence. Once received click on your personal link contained within the Hotelbeds voucher, the link will take you to the Go City website where you need to update the email address to your own email address which allows you to access content in multiple languages and make reservations at top attractions. Review the guide at ''newyorkpass.com/en-us/guidebook/great-pass” for the latest attraction information and reservation instructions. Your pass is valid for the number of attractions purchased and is only activated when you visit your first attraction. You then have 30 days until your pass expires. Go City customer service: +1-617-671-1000. Please be aware some attractions are very popular, so early booking is recommended as they can get booked up quickly over peak times. Please note that as children 0-2 years old are free of charge, they do not require a voucher and so there will be not be one included for them. New York TV and movie site tours are subject to availability and are very popular, particularly during busy travel times such as the summer and December. Therefore, it is recommended to make your reservations and/or pick up your ticket as soon as possible after arriving in New York City to ensure your best chance at reserving a spot.
