Terms and Conditions for Tasty Fares promoted at Taste of London 19 June 2008-22 June 2008

This discount offer is available only to Eligible Participants. Eligible Participants are persons resident in the UK aged 18 or over who are Taste of London Guests. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out below.

The 20% discount is valid on the fare only. New bookings only apply. Bookings must be made at ba.com/taste. Flights must be purchased at least 7 days in advance of the outbound travel date. Flights must be booked by 31 July 2008 for travel up to 14 December 2008. Bookings cannot be refunded but changes are permitted before the day of departure for £30 per person per transaction, in addition to any difference in fare.

The promotion applies to one-way and return fares (excluding taxes, fees and charges) in all cabins and all routes on the BA Network. The discount applies to all booking classes and all cabins on the main BA network. The promotion does not apply to travel on any flights operated by a codeshare or alliance partner.

No group bookings of more than 9 people eligible for this offer. This offer can only be applied once per booking.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Outbound and return flights must be booked at the same time. Promotional travel must be purchased, ticketed, started and finished in the UK. Please note that many credit card issuers will not permit payment for air travel from the UK to be paid for on credit cards that they have issued if the billing address is outside the UK. BA does not accept responsibility for the refusal of any card issuer to allow use of its cards for payment.

Promotional travel is subject to availability and capacity control. There is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets on your preferred flight. Certain flights may have very limited or no availability on certain dates because of existing bookings, especially periods such as public holidays. Domestic connections and transfers are not included in the advertised price but are available for an additional fare.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with BA Miles or other miles redemption schemes or any discount voucher or any other offer or promotion. No BA miles can accrued on these flights.

BA is responsible for providing the flight offer (including all matters relating to travel together with availability and supply of tickets).

All details are correct as of 19 June 2008. Promotional material shall form part of these terms and conditions.

BA reserve the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any tickets issued at promotional prices in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BA.
