Terms and Conditions

  • You can only use this form to claim a refund for bookings made directly with us, for which we've sent confirmation of cancellation.
  • Contact the travel agent or third party you booked with for refund information if you didn't book directly with us.
  • By claiming a refund, we'll cancel any remaining flights in a booking for all passengers. Get in touch with us if you'd like a partial refund for your cancelled flight and to keep the rest of your booking.
  • You must have the consent of everyone travelling on a booking to claim a refund and accept the respective terms.
  • You're unable to claim a refund if you've already requested a voucher.
  • We'll calculate your refund total after you've submitted the claim form. We base this total on our Terms and Conditions and the fare rules applicable to your booking. If successful, your refund total is final and non-negotiable.
  • Contact us to cancel any extras, such as car hire or hotel reservations. You must cancel them separately from your booking. If you booked with a third party, please contact them directly.
  • We'll work as quickly as we can to process your refund claim. Please bear in mind it may take longer than usual due to the current unprecedented circumstances. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
