Q. I am staying at more than one address in the United States, which address should I enter?

A. If you are staying at more than one address you should enter the first address in the United States that you will be utilising.

Q. What does "in transit" mean, and what should I enter if I am "in transit"?

A. "in transit" means that you are transferring onto another form of transport which will be taking you to a destination outside of the United States, and that you are not staying in the United States before you connect to this other form of transport. If this is the case you should enter the onward details into the first two address lines.

e.g.  Transit on Greyhound Bus 1234
        to Montreal, Canada
or     Flight MX123
        Mexico City, Mexico

Q. I am on a fly drive holiday, what should I enter?

A. If you know where you will be staying then please enter the address details as normal. Otherwise please enter the details of the rental company and general location.

Q. I am going on a cruise, what should I enter?

A. If you will be staying within the United States before you depart on the cruise liner, then please enter these address details. Otherwise please enter the name of the cruise company and the departure point.

        New York

Q. I am going on a tour, what should I enter?

A. If you will be staying within the United States and travelling on a tour, then please enter your first night address details or the name of the tour company.

Q. I do not know where I am staying yet, what should I enter?

A. If you do not yet know where you will be staying please do not enter any details at this time. Once you know the address details, please return to Manage My Booking on BA.com and enter them. You can use Manage My Booking at any point prior to departure.
