What happens if I don't pay for a seat?

If you don't pay to choose your seats in advance, we will allocate your seat at check-in, from 24 hours before your flight departs. You can pay to change your allocated seat.

Executive Club and oneworld equivalent members cannot choose seats for free with this fare.

If you don't pay to reserve your seat in advance, you will be able to choose your seat for free when check-in opens, 24 hours before your flight departs.

If you are travelling with an infant (under 2 years), you can choose your seats for free at any time or we will allocate them for you.

If you are travelling with children (aged 2-11 years) we will allocate you seats a few days before departure, unless you have already paid to reserve them. We aim to seat families together, however where this is not possible, children will at least be seated with one adult in the same booking.

You can get the widest choice of seats available the earlier you reserve them. Remember to choose seats for each of your flights.
