Uber offer Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is open to users that are 18 or over, and who have an active British Airways Club account and a valid Uber account.
  2. In order to participate in this offer and collect 250 bonus Avios, customers must: 1) successfully linked their British Airways Club and Uber accounts, 2) complete a 1 return trip ( in to and from Bicester Village from any starting location between 01 July 2025 00:01 BST to 31 August 2025 23:59 BST.
  3. Only one Uber account can be linked to one British Airways Club account and the account holder for each account must be the same individual. This offer is non-transferable. The 250 bonus Avios available to be awarded as part of this offer can only be applied to a British Airways Club account once.
  4. Eligible Uber Ride categories are UberX, UberXL, Uber Assist, Uber Access, Uber Comfort, Uber Exec, Uber Lux, Uber Reserve, Uber Pet, Uber Green, and Rail.
  5. All Uber Ride trips must start and end at Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD, England and Uber Rail journeys must start and end at Bicester Village station, Station Approach, off London Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6HU.
  6. Retrospective claims for Avios are not permitted. One-way journeys are not eligible to receive the bonus.
  7. This means an inbound journey to Bicester Village and a separate outbound journey from Bicester Village.
  8. If the eligibility criteria have been met, the standard Avios will be awarded within 24 hours after the trip has been taken and the bonus Avios will be awarded within 30-days after the promotional period has ended.
