If you book a package, which includes a flight element plus at least one of the following travel services for the same trip (which covers a period of more than 24 hours or includes overnight accommodation):

Many of the flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. Adding paid transfers, excursions, sightseeing tours, theatre tickets, attraction tickets will not create a Package if the latter services do not account for a significant proportion of the value of the combination and are not advertised as, and do not otherwise represent, an essential feature of the combination.
