This prize draw is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a Member of the British Airways Executive Club ("BAEC") scheme, is aged 18 years or over and is resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, excluding residents of Northern Ireland, and is not an employee of Avios Group Limited (AGL), British Airways PLC (BA) or Tesco Stores Limited (Tesco).

1. To enter the prize draw the Eligible Participant must exchange a minimum of £5 in Tesco Clubcard Vouchers into Avios between 12.01am on 19 July 2018 and 11.59pm 24 August 2018. For every £5.00 in Tesco Clubcard Vouchers that are exchanged, Eligible Participants will receive one entry into the draw, there is no limit to the number of entries that an Eligible Participant is entitled to accrue.
2. If you are part of the Tesco Clubcard 'auto-opt-in' scheme, Eligible Participants will automatically receive double entries into the draw for every £5.00 in Tesco Clubcard Vouchers exchanged into Avios between 19 July 2018 and 24 August 2018.
3. The prize consists of two return British Airways business (Club Europe) flights to Rome with a three-night stay at a choice of 5* hotels on a bed and breakfast basis. The winner can choose between the following hotels: Palazzo Naiadi The Dedica Ant , Palazzo Montemartini and Gran Melia Village Agrippina. All flights depart from London Heathrow. Early check in and/or late check out may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
4. The prizes are valid for travel on selected British Airways flights between 1 November 2018 and 14 December 2018 and are subject to availability at the time of booking. All travel must be completed by 15 December 2018. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including transportation to and from the airport and all incidental expenses.
5. The travel companion must be aged 18 or over. These Terms and Conditions apply to both the winner and the companion. Both tickets must be redeemed at the same time and cannot be split. Tickets must be used on the same journey, on the same day and the same flights.
6. Where available, all prize flights will be issued as e-tickets. All transportation taxes, fees and charges are included. Tickets cannot be upgraded, transferred, sold or exchanged.
7. Flights are subject to availability and capacity control and must be booked at least 15 working days in advance. British Airways and AGL reserve the right to limit the number of prize travel seats available on any flight. It is possible that there will be no prize travel seats allocated on a particular service or the flight may be fully booked for prize travel seats, even though other seats are still available in the same cabin. British Airways and AGL do not accept any responsibility in the event that the winner is unable to book their preferred flight(s).
8. Winner/s may only choose from British Airways operated-flights. Travel on British Airways franchise, code-share and alliance airlines, domestic connections, transfers and other add-ons are not included. Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets.
9. The winner and his/her travelling companion are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and obtaining inoculations that may be required to visit the destination that is their prize. AGL recommends that all passengers consider travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.
10. Any other incidental expenses are not included in the above prize and must be paid for by the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, AGL will have no liability in relation to travel costs associated with travelling to or from the airports. In addition, the winner is responsible for any income or use tax assessed in connection with the prize.
11. Prize flights are non-changeable and non-transferable.
12. At the completion of the prize draw, the winner from those Eligible Participants will be selected at random under the independent supervision of an independent supervisor and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If any prize remains unclaimed after 15 December 2018 or is declined by the winner, a supplementary winner may be drawn at British Airways' discretion and will be notified via email/telephone. The Promoter's decision will be final and not subject to appeal and no correspondence will be entered into. The judge's name is available on request.
13. In the event that any entries are received from people who are not Eligible Participants, they will not be entered into the draw and no prizes shall be awarded to these people.
14. The draw will take place on or before 7 September 2018 and the winners will be notified by email or post to the email or address associated with their BAEC account on or before 14 September 2018.
15. AGL accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant's error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes.
16. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
17. AGL reserves the right to amend the terms of the promotion.
18. AGL reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of a similar value, should any of the specified prizes become unavailable for any reasons beyond its control.
19. AGL is in no way liable for the reproduction of or indirect access to this information (via third party web sites or home page access) or where any reproduction of the information relating to this prize draw misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the prize draw.
20. Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the prize draw.
21. Where imposing such condition is legal, participation in the prize draw constitutes the winner's consent to AGL's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and county, for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
22. Information collected from Eligible Participants and where applicable, their guests, shall be subject to AGL's Privacy Policy.
23. The winners' names can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope, to Lee Tolton at Avios Group Limited, Astral Towers, Betts Way, London Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 9XY.
24. AGL's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. AGL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond AGL's control.
25. AGL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or terminate any prize won by any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw or the operation of the event, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any promotion related to the event. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the prize draw may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, AGL reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
26. British Airways will not be liable for Avios being credited to the wrong account and British Airways will not be responsible to re-credit these Avios to the correct account if incorrect Executive Club numbers are supplied. British Airways Executive Club Terms and Conditions and the Avios Conditions of Use will apply.
27. AGL's failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
28. Except as otherwise expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, AGL and its affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that are caused by events outside of their reasonable control. AGL's total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with an entry into the prize draw by an Eligible Participant shall be limited to the value of the prizes won by the Eligible Participant. AGL and its affiliates shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in relation to the prize draw for any special, indirect or consequential losses incurred by an Eligible Participant. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit AGL's or its affiliates' liability for death or personal injury resulting from AGL's or its affiliates' negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which may not be excluded or limited by law.
29. These Terms and Conditions apply to every person entering the prize draw with no exceptions.
30. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
31. Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.
32. This prize draw is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
