Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a person aged 18 or over and is a British Airways Executive Club (“BAEC”) Member (membership Terms and Conditions apply).
- By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept these Terms and Conditions.
- To be eligible for this promotion, Members must enrol with Taj Innercircle, select British Airways Executive Club Avios as their earning preference and book on tajhotels when making the necessary reservation, or alternatively by contacting Taj Hotels, Palaces, Resorts and Safaris via telephone or email and quoting the British Airways Executive Club Special Offer.
- Offer available for new bookings made between 1 October 2017 and 31 March 2018 for stays from 1 October 2017 until the 31 March 2018 (“Promotional Period”) at participating Taj Hotels, Palaces, Resorts and Safaris (“Participating Properties”) only. Check tajhotels for a list of participating hotels.
- Triple Avios is applicable for stays booked and completed at the Participating Properties at any rate booked directly. A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same Participating Property, i.e. from check-in to check-out irrespective of the length of stay.
- Discount rates are valid for stays between 1 October 2017 and 31 March 2017, unless specified otherwise. 36% discount rate only available when making a booking at the Taj Exotic Resort and Spa, Maldives. A maximum of 15% discount rate is applicable for stays at selected other participating Taj Hotels, Palaces, Resorts and Safaris (“Participating Properties”) only. Black Out dates will be as applicable.
- Confirmation of room is subject to availability. Room reservation is based on allocation of rooms available for the promotion. Names of Hotels are subject to change, please check before booking.
- Rates and taxes are subject to change without prior notice. Rates advertised apply only if the itinerary is booked as mentioned, deletion of properties render the package invalid. - Offers are extendable on a pro-rata basis, provided the minimum number of nights in a package are recorded, and the stay is at a Participating Property during the Promotional Period.
- Members must specify the British Airways Executive Club Special Offer when booking via telephone or email, and present their British Airways Executive Club Membership number when booking in order to avail the discounted package rate.
- Offer may be applied to one standard guest room per stay, Eligible Participant, based on double occupancy during the Promotional Period. There is no maximum on the number of stays per Eligible Participant during the Promotional Period.
- Offer is subject to availability, reservation is required. BAEC membership number must be quoted at the time of booking.

- Bookings need to be guaranteed by credit card / voucher / advance payments.
- Bonus Avios is non-redeemable for cash.
- Bonus Avios is issued subject to BAEC Terms and Conditions.
- Bonus Avios per stay will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s BAEC account within 4-6 weeks of the stay.
- Base Avios will be earned for each paid stay during the Promotional Period in addition to the Bonus Avios.
- This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other British Airways or Taj Hotels, Palaces, Resorts and Safaris offer or promotion.
- The promoters reserve the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.
- By taking part in this promotion, participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by Taj Hotels, Palaces, Resorts and Safaris or their agents or subcontractors to administer this promotion, who will only use the information provided for the purpose of administering the promotion.
- Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
