We are expecting significant disruption on all inbound flights from Germany from 2100z/31JAN, due to local industrial action. We are offering impacted customers 1 FOC change, if they are currently booked on impacted services.

Advice for British Airways-125 ticketed customers whose BA flight is still OPERATING

Rebooking Allowance	Rebook onto ANOTHER BA OPERATED service free of charge, into the same class or lowest available in same cabin. Please DO NOT queue bookings to Commercial for confirmation if there is no availability, as these flights are likely to be cancelled.

Available for Trade	Yes – must call the BA Trade Help Desk for authority to rebook
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed from the above options. Insert OS BA GERMAN IA 01FEB Return/Onward sectors on BA may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available. Terms and conditions from original ticket apply for any further voluntary changes.
