Customer Guidelines: Jetstar Asia (3K) ceases operation

Customers, whose Jetstar Asia (3K) flight has been cancelled, please follow the Customer Guideline below

Key Message 2: 

If there are no flight options in the guidelines below, the customer will be eligible for a refund of the 3K sector

 

Advice for British Airways-125 ticketed customers whose Jetstar Asia (3K) flight has been cancelled

Rebook onto

Cathay Pacific (CX) as per below

Affected Airport

SIN-DPS / DPS-SIN

SIN-MNL / MNL-SIN

SIN-BKK / BKK-SIN

Rebooking Allowance

Rebook into the same class or lowest available as per the original flight on BA services

 

For CX services always the lowest available in the economy cabin ONLY

Can re-route via HKG on BA (LON-HKG & HKG-LON MUST be on a BA operated service).
