Customer Guidelines

Key Message: 

Guidelines published to assist our customers travelling on domestic services and to/from Ireland on 24th and 25th January due to Storm Eowyn likely to cause delays and cancellations across the domestic network.

If a customer calls stating that they wish to travel on an earlier or later date, they have the ability to do so.
