Customer Guidelines

Key Message: 

Due to the industrial action in Italy, we are offering customer travelling to/from Linate (LIN) and Malpensa (MXP) the following flexibility.

Advice for British Airways-125 or other airline ticketed customers whose flight is still OPERATING

Rebook onto

British Airways (BA) as per Guidelines below

Rebooking Allowance

✈️ Rebooking Guidelines

The rebooking allows a free change for flights still departing to/from LIN and MXP only.

  • Customers can rebook to/from TRN/VRN and BLQ airports on the same day, or
  • Customers can rebook to/from LIN/MXP/TRN/VRN and BLQ +/-1 day of original ticket travel day.

 

  • Add a GN request for the required flight and queue PNR to LONBA07BR/11.
    • All requests are subject to availability.
    • Do not remove any live segments.
    • Invol reissue and add OS BA INVOL ITA INDUSTRIAL ACTION

 

Origin/Destination/Stopover changes

Origin – Yes - From LHR/LCY To/From LGW

Destination – Yes –LIN/MXP/TRN/VRN/BLQ

Stopover - No

Refunds Allowed

No – For customers on cancelled flights, follow standard Customer Handling Guidelines
