Customer Guidelines

The following commercial policy is available for customers impacted on previous cancellations on the LHR-BAH-LHR route who have already been rebooked to another carrier, wishing to move back onto a BA operated service.

For customers with a BA-125 ticket issued for any booking that contains at least one BA mainline operating flight which was CANCELLED, and subsequently rebooked onto another carrier.

+/- 7 days from original flight date of cancelled BA flight

Rebooking Allowance

Rebook onto British Airways (BA) direct services LHR-BAH or BAH-LHR. Rebook into same class as original booking on BA.

Important Information

  • This policy only applies to customers who have already made their one ticket change allowed following their initial flight cancellation on LHR-BAH or BAH-LHR.
  • Add OS BA BAH REINSTATE for all bookings.
  • One ticket change allowed from the above options.
  • Entry or transit restrictions and scheduled services may change at any time.
  • Adherence to commercial policies/conditions of carriage guidelines remains entirely the responsibility of the user. BA reserves the right to withdraw guidelines at any time.
  • Please note this policy is in addition to the pre-existing commercial policy for customers impacted by BAH flight cancellations - see Kit Page 3955
