Customer Guidelines
KEY MESSAGE
The following commercial policy for El Al (LY) is available for customers on the LHR-TLV-LHR route.
For customers with a BA-125 ticket issued for any booking that contains at least one BA mainline operating flight which is still OPERATING or CANCELLED
