Terms and Conditions

> This offer is only open to the first 20,000 potential New Members successfully recruited into the British Airways' UK and Ireland Executive Club (the "Executive Club"), who are either employees of Member Companies of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales ("ICAEW") or employees of Small to Medium Enterprises currently being recruited by Member Companies of ICAEW as part of the ICAEW's Start Up Business Rewards Programme and furthermore, selected by British Airways ("BA") and ICAEW to enter this promotion ("New Members"). All New Members must be a UK or Ireland resident and aged 18 years or over. BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all New Members.
> For a New Member to qualify for this offer of bonus BA Miles, he/she must apply to join the Executive Club using the online application form, and then once accepted as a member of the Executive Club, book and complete a Qualifying Flight between 16 October 2002 and 30 October 2003 inclusive (the "Promotional Period"). Only potential New Members who do not hold any worldwide BA Executive Club accounts already are eligible for this offer.
> A Qualifying Flight is any full-fare return flight with a BA prefix flight number originating from the UK and booked in one of the following classes: Concorde (R, A, G and I); First (F and A); Club World (J and D); Club Europe (C and D); World Traveller Plus (W and T); World Traveller (Y); Euro Traveller (Y); domestic flights within the UK (C and Y on CitiExpress). Qualifying Flights are subject to availability and capacity control in the booking classes eligible for this promotion. BA does not accept responsibility in the event that any New Member is unable to book a Qualifying Flight.
> Travel on BA franchisees, codeshare, alliance, and partner airlines does not qualify if the flight in question does not have a BA prefix flight number. All Qualifying Flight travel must be completed before 30 October 2003. All tickets must be purchased in the UK or Ireland. This offer is not transferable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
> For the first Qualifying Flight only that a New Member completes before 30 October 2003, that New Member will be credited with 1,000 bonus BA Miles, which will be awarded as soon as reasonably practicable after his/her first Qualifying Flight.
> New Members must quote their Executive Club Membership number when booking their Qualifying Flight and also at check-in for both the outbound and return portions of their journey, otherwise they will not be awarded with any bonus BA Miles whatsoever.
> This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, deal or promotion, including but without limitation to: (i) existing bookings; (ii) redemption bookings; (iii) travel agent discounted fares, inclusive holidays, group discount fares, child/infant fares or senior citizen fares; or (iv) tickets obtained using any other BA or BA Holidays or travel agents promotion, offer, or voucher (e.g. shareholder's discount coupon).
> All travel on BA flights is subject to its General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage (copies available on request) and the Notice and Conditions of Contract as stated on each ticket or itinerary as provided.
