Is it easy to get around Turin?

It’s easy to reach the city centre from Turin’s airport. Taxis from the terminal take around 25 minutes, or you can hop on the regular bus and be in the centre of the action within 40 minutes.

Once you’re in Turin, you’ll find that the metro, tram and bus services run frequently and reach most of the main attractions. You can buy tickets in advance from local newsstands or tabaccheria, which are small tobacco shops.

You might find that getting around on foot is the most enjoyable way to discover the city. Turin’s elegant piazzas and fascinating architecture means there’s plenty to take in as you meander through the streets.
