The villa boasts a good sized swimming pool situated to the side with an adjacent shaded terrace and barbecue dining area whilst inside the spacious interiors are comfortably furnished in the local style. A well equipped fitted kitchen provides all that is needed for preparing family meals however, there are many good restaurants in Pollensa itself and many more just a little further away in Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.
