Venecia is a grand 3 bedroom villa on the outskirts of the popular Mijas Golf Resort, hwlaf way between Mijas and Fuengirola. Offering beautiful views across the nearby mountains, Venecia is in an attractive and peaceful setting, yet all the amenities of Fuengirola including shops, restaurants and the beach, are only a 10 minute drive away. Entering on the first floor, you will find a spacious lounge/dining room with television with several English channels, a DVD, VCR & CD player and patio doors which open out onto a lovely balcony complete with comfy seating. There is a fully-equipped kitchen also on this floor, as well as the master bedroom which offers its own ensuite bathroom. Downstairs you will find a further 2 bedrooms which share a shower room and have patio doors opening out onto the main terrace area. There is a vast and secluded lawned garden, complete with a very large inviting private pool. If you’re looking to dine alfresco, Venecia makes a great choice with its own outdoor kitchen and built-in barbecue. All in all, a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat but with amenities close by. Please note that this property may not be suitable for young children due to low walls and balustrades. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided.
