You are required to wear a face mask at all times in the airport and on board. As a guide, a face mask could last up to 4 hours, so please make sure that you bring enough for the duration of your trip.

You’ll also find Dettol hand sanitising stations and hygiene wipe dispensers throughout the terminal. Please help yourself whenever you want.

For eligible customers, we are also beginning to reopen selected lounges. Featuring contactless lounge entry, enhanced cleaning and safe distancing. As well as contact-free food and drink ordering directly to your seat.

When you reach the departure gates, we’ve introduced new boarding procedures to minimise contact when taking your seat. Remember to have your passport open and boarding pass ready.
