Set on a hillside above the Mediterranean Sea, the all-inclusive Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa is just 300 metres from the white sands of Menorca’s Punta Prima Beach. The Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa lies on the south-east coast of Menorca, just 300 metres away from a Blue Flag-awarded beach. You can enjoy leisurely walks along the unspoilt coastline or swim in the calm, shallow waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The surrounding area of Punta Prima is dotted with shops, restaurants and bars, and the beach promenade winds past neighbouring beaches and coves. You can discover the whitewashed fishermen’s houses of San Luis, around three miles away, or explore the capital of Mahhon, around seven miles from the resort. The hotel is situated around nine miles from Menorca Airport.

The resort’s three pools include a sprawling, family-friendly pool with a separate zone for children, a vast sea view pool and a smaller paddling pool for little ones. The main pool is just 150 metres from the beach and features a large sunbathing terrace with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Elsewhere, an indoor spa pool offers separate swim times for families and adults only, while the Coronel Insi Splash Park caters to water lovers between the ages of 4 and 12 years. Children can enjoy a range of interactive water features here, like the octopus-themed water zone or yellow submarine with water cannons.
The Insi Club offers entertainment for kids and teens, divided into three age groups – the Miniclub for ages four to six, the Maxiclub for 7 to 12 year olds and the Teenager Club is open in the summer months for 13 to 16s. Activities take place in the Art Attack area, at The Lab, or in the cooking area. Young guests can also hang out at the Insi indoor play area. Designed for ages up to six, it features a range of interactive games, a playground and an area dedicated to those aged three and under.
The resort’s sports facilities include four tennis courts, two squash courts, a multi-sports court, a five-a-side football field and a fitness centre (for those over the age of 16 years). You can also take up water sports for an extra charge or enjoy an array of free activities, such as beach volleyball, basketball, yoga, aerobics and dance classes.
Adults can indulge in a spot of relaxation at the inviting Prestige Spa, which features a sauna, steam room, cold water pool and hydromassage pool. Both the thermal spa facilities and specialist treatments, such as massages, facials and Ayurvedic rituals, are available for an extra charge.

The all-day Menurka Main Buffet Restaurant presents generous buffet spreads with live show cooking and special children’s menus. You can sample local and international dishes at the themed buffet dinners, and dine al fresco on the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Head to the Xoroi Grill Restaurant for grilled snacks and salads and try authentic Italian fare at Il Faro (charges apply). For dinner, don’t miss Mediterranean delicacies from Sa Sivina Restaurant’s tasting menu. There’s also El Aire, a specialist Tex-Mex restaurant which opens in the high season.
The pool bar and Bar Xoroi serve snacks, ice creams, drinks and cocktails throughout the day. You can also order local, international and premium-branded drinks at the Magón Lounge Bar, which features live acts on their impressive stage.
