Will I still earn On Business Points on my flights?

Please be assured that you will continue earning On Business Points on flight bookings made through ba.com or your Travel Agent. Please ensure your On Business number is included in the booking. There may be a slight delay to when your points are awarded and reflected within your account balance.

Will I still receive my On Business discounts?

You will continue to have the option of On Business flight discounts, however this will only be available on bookings made via your Travel Agent.

Can I still redeem my On Business Points?

You can still use your On Business Points for Reward flights and Cabin Upgrades. Redeeming your On Business Points can only be done via our contact centre.

When do my points expire?

All On Business Points due to expire at the end of 2023 have now been extended until 30 June 2024.
